Tickets are not sent in advance. We do not send out digital or physical tickets. The name used to purchase tickets is the name on your “tickets” and that ID must be presented at check-in for entry. If the ticket purchaser will not be attending or will be late, a photo of the ID can be shown at the door for entry.
We are always looking for new talent! Please email a 5-10 minute clip, a paragraph describing yourself/ your comedy and any stage references, venues performed at and headliners featured for to submissions@zanies.com . Our booker will be in touch if there are any openings.

Yes, gift cards are available in any denomination up to $100, never expire and can be purchased over the phone or at our box office. Our gift cards are physical gift cards and must be picked up from the box office to be used. Gift cards CANNOT be mailed out.
Photography, filming, videotaping or other forms of recording without consent of the club and the artist is strictly prohibited. Guests who abuse this policy will be ejected immediately. Certain artists may also prohibit cell phones from being allowed into the show.
Unless otherwise specified, you must be at least 18 to Laugh and 21 to Drink. You will need to show valid photo identification to enter our club. Accepted forms of identification include:
(A) A state-issued driver license;
(B) A state-issued identification card;
(C) A valid passport; or
(D) A valid military identification
NOTE: College IDs are NOT an acceptable form of I.D.

No. Any food item or beverage (with or without alcohol) counts toward the two-item minimum. We offer a variety of non-alcoholic beverages and encourage our guests to please drink responsibly. If an alcoholic beverage is purchased a food item must be purchased as well.
Guests are allowed into our showroom up until 15 minutes after the show begins. We stop seating 15 minutes into the show due to the disruption caused to the performers. No exceptions, no refunds.
General admission is first-come, first-seated as you enter the showroom, so seating preference cannot be guaranteed. However, general admission ticket holders who arrive at least 45 minutes to an hour before show time have the best chance of being seated as a group. Your party does not have to arrive all together. The ticket holder must grab a table for your group before they arrive. Once your party arrives they may check in under the name of the guest who purchased tickets.
Please Note: Larger groups may be seated at multiple tables in the same area. These tables cannot be rearranged or pushed together

Yes, we will have standby lines for all of our SOLD-OUT shows. People generally start lining up about 30 minutes to an hour before show time, but you are free to come earlier. It is first come first serve. Stand by guests will wait in line for about 20 minutes after the show starts to see if are any seats become available. We will fill all open seats with standby.
There are two showrooms. Zanies is our larger headliner showroom and The Lab at Zanies is our smaller showroom, featuring the best of local and national talent in a more intimate setting.
Shows are usually 90 minutes, although the show’s actual length is entirely dependent on the headliner and what their current performance calls for.
Yes! Comedy is subjective and certain comedians are not for everybody. Watching a YouTube clip or reading the headliner’s biography is a great way to get insight on the expected performance.
We do use Yondr bags. Yondr creates phone-free spaces for artists and comedians. Upon arrival at the venue, all phones and smart watches are placed in Yondr cases by our staff and will be unlocked at the end of the show. Guests maintain possession of their phones at all times. Guests may access their phones in the designated Phone Use Areas throughout the venue at any time.

All items are kept for 30 days.
All shows are smoke and Vape free. Smoking/ vaping is permitted outside and patrons may exit & re-enter the showroom. However, smoke may be used at times by the comedians on stage.
Yes, we sell merch on site only. Ask one of our staff members if you would like to buy merch and they will assist you.
