How to register a complaint

By phone

Online

Personal or Business online banking customers can log in to your account and use the 'My Messages' area to send us an email.

In person

Visit any of our local branches to raise your concern or if you have a Relationship Manager you can contact them directly.

Our complaints process

We always try to resolve a complaint at the time we receive it. If this isn't possible, we'll aim to resolve it as quickly as we can.

If you're not satisfied with the resolution we give, please contact our Customer Experience Manager on +1 441 299 6709. They'll discuss your complaint with you and determine whether your complaint needs further investigation.
